Attention all Fall Athletes:
All athletes must have a sports physical after May 1, 2022 to participate in a fall sport. 2022-23 Sports Physical Form.
Activity tickets must be purchased to be eligible to play a sport at CFHS. Activity tickets can be purchased in the high school office for $30.00.
